"I’ve ordered from iHerb a few…"
I’ve ordered from iHerb a few times now, the thing I appreciate most is that my orders have always been correct. I know that sounds like a basic expectation, but it really does make a difference when you’re ordering vitamins and supplements and you don’t want to deal with missing items, wrong bottles, or weird quantity mistakes. My last order had six different products in it, and every single item was there, packed neatly in the box, and matched exactly what was listed on my order page. Nothing was substituted, nothing was short, and there weren’t any surprises. It’s a simple thing, but when a company gets the basics right every time, it definitely makes me more comfortable ordering again.

"Good Order, Shipping Could 100% Be Faster"
I do like ordering from iHerb, and the products showed up totally fine, so no complaints there at all. But the shipping speed this time was absolutely just okay, not terrible, not amazing, just very clearly in the middle. It definitely didn’t take forever, but I’m completely sure it wasn’t as fast as I was expecting either. The tracking updates were also a little slow, which made it feel even longer. Overall, everything arrived in good shape, I just seriously wish the delivery had been quicker.

Okay, I know it’s just a box, but I was weirdly thrilled when it showed up looking absolutely spotless. No dents, no crushed corners, nothing. It was so clean and perfect that I felt like celebrating for a second.

I use the iherb app every now and then, and to be fair, it does get the job done. I’ve been able to place orders without any real issues, and the tracking info shows up, which is helpful. That said, the app can be slow sometimes, especially when I’m checking my cart, and it has frozen on me a few times. The search results could be better too, since I often have to scroll a lot to find what I’m actually looking for. Overall, it’s not bad, but shopping on my phone with it feels a bit clunky.

"Good when it actually shows up on time"
I do like ordering from iherb, and to be fair, my stuff has always arrived in good condition. But the delivery is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it gets here faster than I expected, and other times the tracking just sits there for days with no update. It’s fine if you’re not in a hurry, but if you actually need something by a certain time, I wouldn’t totally count on it. Overall, it’s okay, but not amazing.

I figured the prices would be about the same as everywhere else, but actually, they’re better than most places I’ve tried. For the stuff I usually buy, it feels worth it.

"Super easy to manage my account"
I haven’t had any trouble logging in or keeping my iHerb account updated. Changing my address and looking back at past orders is really straightforward (which I appreciate because I don’t want to dig through menus forever). The site remembers my details without being pushy or annoying, and it’s easy to update payment info and notifications too. Overall, it just works the way I need it to, so I’m giving it 5 stars

I still like iHerb overall, but this time customer service was just okay. Meh. I messaged them about my order and it took a couple days before I got a real answer. They did fix the issue in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. Still, I wish the replies were quicker and felt less copy-pasted. Frustrating

The labels matched really well and I was relieved because I hate when that stuff turns into a whole mystery. There was just one little detail that felt unclear, and for a second my brain absolutely spiraled like it was the end of the world. But overall, the info was mostly right

"Updates are decent, but I expected quicker replies"
I order from iHerb once in a while, and the emails do come through, which is helpful. The shipping notice showed up quickly too, so at least I knew the order was moving.
That said, the tracking updates felt a little behind, and I expected a faster response when checking on things. I also got a few promo notifications I didn’t really need. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit confusing and noisier than it needed to be.

I like the site overall, it’s easy enough to use, but the vitamins I usually buy are out of stock way too often. Like, I check back and check back, and they’re still not available. A bit frustrating...

"Pretty okay, but the return took a while"
iHerb was fine overall, but the return process felt slower than it should’ve. I did end up getting my refund, so it worked out, but I had to wait around and follow up once, which was kind of frustrating. Not a horrible experience or anything, but I definitely felt like it could’ve been smoother.

"Good first order from iHerb"
I ordered some vitamins and a few snacks from iHerb, and it went smoothly. Everything arrived sealed, and the expiration dates were far enough out, not like some places where you get stuff that’s already close to expiring. I also checked the labels and batch codes just to be sure, and they all looked legit. The smell and taste were normal too, so I felt comfortable using them. Shipping was decent, the box wasn’t anything fancy, but compared to other orders I’ve had, the important thing is the products were in good shape. I’d order again.

I started using iHerb because I was tired of hopping between different sites for vitamins, teas, snacks, and skincare. I still remember the first time I searched for one simple supplement and ended up finding my favorite tea and a snack I hadn’t had in years, it made the whole order feel a bit fun.
The selection is really good, and I like that there are lots of brands and price options, not only the expensive stuff. It’s easy to compare things and add what I need without overthinking it. So far, I’ve been happy with my orders and I’ll definitely keep using it.

"Canceling was surprisingly easy"
I accidentally ordered the wrong item and realized it right after I paid. I was kind of expecting a hassle, but the support info basically said something like, “If it hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it from your order page,” and that’s exactly what I did. No long back-and-forth or waiting days for someone to reply. The refund came through quickly too, which was a relief. that kind of flexibility makes me feel a lot less stressed ordering from iHerb...
